What can I even say about this resort?! It’s beyond beautiful, intimate, the service is “WOW,” the rooms are unbelievable, the food is mouthwatering, and the mix of Mayan and Mexican culture you experience at this resort, doesn’t even begin to compare to the rest of the all-inclusive resorts in Mexico.
First off, I’ve been to this resort before for a site inspection on a FAM trip from a year ago. It was just as amazing then as it is now with a few improvements made. I fell in love with the resort the first time, couldn’t wait to sell it to my clients, sold it to my clients, had complete and total jealousy that my clients were going there, and then was finally able to book it for myself and my family. And it’s never disappointed any of my clients, family, friends, or myself.
First things first. There are two sides to this resort! The Palms section (AKA Tui Sensatori) and the Infinity section. We stayed on the infinity section side. Why is called the infinity section???

Yup. Every, single room category includes an infinity pool across the balcony and the bottom floor gets their room in the main pool that leads to the swim-up bar. We were lucky and got a top, corner room, so we had a larger piece of the balcony pool than other rooms plus more privacy.

It was definitely cloudy and rainy most of the time we were there because it was more of the rainy season and this part of the Riviera Maya is also a little more prone to storms as well. I like the rain so it didn’t bother me, but unfortunately, it didn’t make for the best photos in the world.
On Wednesdays, this resort also has “Mexican Fiesta Night.” In their entryway to the resort, they hold a little Mexican Fiesta full of Mexican food, mariachis, and local market vendors get the chance to come in as well. You get a little taste of the Mexican culture. Why is this significant? Most all-inclusive resorts don’t even have a local cuisine restaurant! All of the time I hear from clients that they were disappointed when they went to an all-inclusive last year because they were so excited to try authentic Mexican food and they didn’t get to because there wasn’t even a Mexican restaurant at the resort. Of course, because it’s an all-inclusive, you really aren’t going to get the most authentic experience ever, but this resort really does a good job at bringing it in!

The beach her e wasn’t the best I’ve ever seen. It is in a rockier area, but they do have a section blocked off to where most of the rock has been removed and there are barriers surrounding the beach area so that the seaweed didn’t get in and so that the waves were a little calmer as well.

We also sat in some pretty awesome hammocks and swings that were in the ocean too! You can never get enough of the beach bum life!

The “Gourmet Inclusive” food though. So good The photos speak for themselves. I didn’t get a lot of photos because I pretty much ate the food before I could remember to take photos. 🙂 But here are some of the restaurants, room service, food, and drinks!!! Hope you’re hungry!
Our time spent was just way to short and I really can’t wait to go back again!!!
